MJA Landscaping is Moises Guevara and his crew.
Based in Hendersonville, working Henderson County and the towns around it. Three people, a truck, and the equipment to get on a roof and clear it properly.
Moises Guevara has been doing landscaping work for three years and running MJA as his own company since 2024. Most of what MJA does is the work houses under tree cover need every year: gutters cleared, roofs cleaned of needle pack and moss, beds mulched, lawns kept through the season, leaves hauled off in the fall.
The jobs that come up most are the ones nobody enjoys doing themselves. A two-story gutter run under white pine. A north-facing roof slope going green. A bed line that has not been edged in three seasons. Those are the calls MJA takes, and the reason the price is quoted after looking at the property rather than over the phone.
You deal with Moises Guevara directly. He answers his own phone, he comes out to look, and he is on the job when the work happens. If something is not worth doing, he will say so.
